dental assistant kaycee

Meet Kaycee, EFDA

Kaycee is a valuable member of our team, a skilled, caring, and devoted provider of patient care. She is from Auburn, GA, and started in the field of dentistry by studying at Lanier Technical College in 2017. Following graduation, she began her career as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in 2019. After this, she acquires the certification of a fully expanded function dental assistant, which has considerably expanded her boundaries for patient care services.

Kaycee is very well trained as an EFDA and has assisted with almost all dental processes. She enjoys making patients feel relaxed, cared for, and confident in their care. It is always her goal that patients have a comfortable environment in which they feel listened to and informed about their oral health.

Kaycee is also furthering her education as she works for us part-time. She is presently a student at Athens Technical College working toward her goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist. Kaycee works to balance school, work, and career goals with her dedication to the education and career aspect of being a dentist. Aside from helping with procedures, she helps with making sure a patient has insurance so preparations can be made for each person that comes into the office.

Kaycee believes in complete patient comfort, as she makes time to sufficiently explain treatments and answer questions so that every patient is at ease and ready for tending to their oral measures. Her professionalism and excellent communication skills make her an asset to the entire patient care process. The patients enjoy the fact that she goes out of her way to ensure their needs are addressed.

Beyond school and work, Kaycee is happiest with time spent playing with her Goldendoodle, Cash. Playful, social, and full of energy like him, she is always full of great tales to tell of his antics around the office team and patients that add a dash more happiness and warmth to our workplace. Besides working, in her leisure time she likes getting outside and about in her community and also spending time with family and keeping active in community life.

We are proud to have Kaycee as part of our team, and we know our patients appreciate her friendly nature, strong work ethic, and dedication to making every dental visit a positive experience.
